Church Street Senior Housing

Originally built in 1903, the Church Street School is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Way Finders partnered with Dietz & Co. Architects to Preserve the heritage and beauty of one of the most iconic buildings in Wares Church Street Historic District was of utmost importance. The 2009 renovation carefully preserves the buildings arch side entryways, extra-large windows, carved wood moldings, decorative staircase railings and other striking architectural details. Amenities and updates were added to meet the needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

This Way Finders community offers 29 elevator-accessible one and two bedroom living spaces, with elevator access, modern amenities, a multi-purpose community room, a health office/meeting room and community laundry on every floor. The building is conveniently located across the street from Greenville Park, near downtown and Town Hall.
